The Hotel is situated in the Spadici area, being 2,5 km far away from the center of the town.For traveling this distance there is a turists train frequently.(june-september).Aproximatly 50 m from the Bungalows in front of the hotel the guessts will find the beach.
In the renovated hotel there are 124 rooms of which 25 suites for two, three and four persons. Each room has a direct dial telephone, the TV with satellite antena and a hair-drayer. All the rooms are heated and air-conditioned.
